Can I eat fake meat, soy, tempeh..etc? No. If it’s not naturally found on this earth and has been processed- it is not paleo.

I can’t eat carbs like whole wheat bread? No. None. Zip.

Not even rice? Oatmeal etc? …no. NO grains!

How do I Prepare? Prep all your lunches and buy your food each weekend. Have lunch meat, veggie sticks, jerky, nuts and seeds on hand for snack attacks and cravings.

How long will it take to get over the sugar addiction? It’s different for everyone. For me, the shakes and depression lasted about 10-12 days. I still crave them now, but I have heard upwards of months. Hang in there and remember why you’re doing this.

Is almond or coconut flour okay? I try not to judge here. I personally don’t eat them in fear of my carb addiction, but if you can handle small amounts, I think you’re okay.

Why can’t I have vegetable oil? It’s not from veggies. Cavemen didn’t eat it, neither will we. Stick to olive oil, macadamia oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil.q
