Completely addicted to carbs especially sugar, I set out to be more healthy. In order to do so I did my research. I found from many articles, a lot of research, documentaries and scientific journals, and many doctors that the Paleo lifestyle would help me lose weight, feel better, and help my addiction to food.
My weight loss journey has been a long one. I’ve been overweight my entire life, and I’ve tried everything to lose weight. This is the only diet/lifestyle that has ever worked for me. It’s exciting to see results, and feel them as well.
My fatigue has disappeared, I no longer lazy or feel exhausted. I can’t wait to lose more weight and write more fun recipes following the Paleo lifestyle.
